Brian Glenn a Licensed and Insured U.A.V. Pilot has been flying Model Planes and helicopters for over a decade. then in 2016, the first drone with video capability was purchased and a new love for flying was born. ever since a passion for taking cinematic video has lead to taking and passing the part 107 commercial U.A.V. license. Now I am committed to creating videos to help you sell your home, keep tabs on your construction site, take that unique wedding photo to remember that special day. Per The FAA usage of any aircraft for a Commercial gain must be regulated. all drones or U.A.V.'s over .55 pounds must be registered with the FAA and only registered aircraft may be used for Commercial gain. To use a drone or U.A.V. for commercial gain a person must become a Pilot under FAA Regulation part 107 or fly with a part 333 Exception. Failure to do so can incur Criminal penalties that include fines of up to $250,000 and/or imprisonment for up to three years for both the Pilot and in some cases the client. this is PER infringement PER flight.

So let's face it. Anything can happen at any time. While not required by the FAA having liability insurance on our drones was a simple decision. As a Professional, I would never think of leaving my clients without this sort of protection. It's a sign of our commitment to ensuring our clients feel not only satisfied but secure with Hiring our services.

The Phantom 4 Pro DJI U.A.V. is capable of filming up to 4K Video or up to 120 FPS in 1080 resolution for slow-motion filming. It's still camera takes 12-megapixel stills in RAW format. It has approximately 20-25 minutes per battery of flight time.  it can move up to 45 MPH and its ceiling is up to 400 Ft. (only due to FAA Regulations, the physical max ceiling of craft is 4921 Ft. with a waiver from proper authorities. If you feel such a waiver is required for your shoot please understand advanced notice and additional expense is required to obtain this waiver) it can fly up to 1.5 miles away and still maintain communication with the Remote control.
